Pye Tait's educational expertise gives it a major advantage in the research and development of qualifications and standards. Our lengthy association with a wide variety of industries and sectors means that we have an almost unmatched awareness of the qualification needs of industry and commerce.
Our senior staff have experience of higher, further and secondary education over a thirty year time span. We have been involved in the development of occupational standards for over sixteen years.
In addition, Pye Tait has developed a solid base in a range of newer qualification-types such as Foundation Degrees, Technical Certificates and credit systems.
Over the years we have worked for, and with, employers, the DfES, QCA and SQA, the National LSC, local LSCs, universities and colleges, and Sector Skills Councils, as well as Professional Bodies, Awarding Bodies and individual students/candidates and trainees.
