The focus on education has never been as concentrated as it is at the moment. The drive to embed new skills and to enhance traditional ones has gained pace, and the parallel need to ensure adequate levels of key, core and basic skills has created tremendous pressure on all of the organisations tasked with developing them.
Our senior staff have educational experience going back thirty years and even our younger, PhD-qualified executives have extensive experience of the way in which the needs of providers and learners must be matched. As a company we are constantly involved in research and development work in higher and further education and in the vocational and work-based arena.
In the past two years we have been involved, at one end of the scale, in assessing the feasibility of a single, employer-based, learning centre, and at the other, with detailed research into teacher training provision in England.
