A consortium asked us to investigate the feasibility of a brand new centre for high-technology education which would meet UK, European and global demands for specific types of education and professional training. The consortium was made up of a large PLC, a major education institution, and regional partners.
Feasibility study: the development of a Centre of Excellence with a major employer in the Aerospace Industry. In conjunction with identifying sources of funds from the local LSC, Development Agency and Europe, we have put together a Business Plan, which involved identifying the size of the market, the potential income and expenditure, etc. Taking just three months to complete that phase we have been asked to continue with a maintenance project to help handle issues, problems and action as they arise.
